In order to ensure the smooth implementation of Comprehensive Budget Management, LBTC organized a systematic training on Comprehensive Budget Management on August 4^th and 5^th, 2018. The financial expert, Mr. Lin Shaogang, was specially invited to LBTC headquarter to give four training courses with themes of: “Business Management Challenge and Comprehensive Budget Management”, “Formulation & Breakdown of Budget Targets and Organization Reconstruction”, “How to Prepare Comprehensive Budget ” and “Implementation, Analysis, Control and Incentive of Budget”. The training was attended by 114 key staff from various functional departments and ongoing projects of the company.

       At the training meeting, Mr. Lin Shaogang comprehensively and meticulously introduced how the overall budget management utilizes the budget to allocate, assess and control the various financial and non-financial resources of various departments and projects within the enterprise, and therefore effectively organize and coordinate the production and management activities, achieve the established business objectives. It is expected that through this comprehensive and systematic training, the comprehensive budget will become an endogenous demand for enterprise management, and that the fine management of LBT construction will be further promoted to a higher level.
